They have extensive Japanese customers and are proud to be fast, efficient and professional in bridging foreign entrepreneurs to invest in the Philippines. To date, Capitarise has sold more than 2,500 properties to its exclusive foreign customers in partnership with Megaworld Corp and supported by the Philippine Pension Authority.
For more than 10 years, they have overseen and facilitated many local and foreign clients in acquiring real property and condominium units in the Philippines. Capitarise Corporation develops C Estates, combining real estate, stock market concepts and technology, to streamline the efficiency of conducting real estate transactions in real-time.
